What We
Stand For

01

Scripture

We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God — the authoritative guide for life, doctrine, and community. Every sermon, every decision, every value traces back to it.

02

Community

We were never designed to do faith alone. Small groups, mentorships, and meals shared together are not extras — they are the infrastructure of genuine spiritual growth.

03

Mission

The Gospel doesn't stay inside four walls. We invest deeply in our city — through schools, food pantries, crisis housing, and international partnerships in 12 countries.

What Shapes
Everything We Do

Biblical Integrity

We hold Scripture as our highest authority, and we're committed to teaching it honestly, without compromise and without apology.

Authentic Relationships

Real community means being known — not just attending. We pursue depth over breadth in every relationship this church fosters.

Cultural Diversity

Heaven will be every tribe and tongue. We believe that diversity is not a policy — it's a preview of eternity, and we want to reflect it now.

Sacrificial Service

We measure maturity not by knowledge, but by how generously we serve. Every member is a minister.

The Team
Leading This Church

Lead Pastor

Pastor Daniel Mercer

Lead Pastor & Elder

Daniel has served Calvary House since its founding. With an MDiv from Gordon-Conwell, he is known for verse-by-verse preaching that is intellectually honest and pastorally warm.

Pastor of Community

Pastor Aisha Jones

Pastor of Community

Aisha oversees all small group ministries, pastoral care, and the counseling center. She holds a Master's in Counseling and has been with Calvary House for 11 years.

Worship Pastor

Pastor Leo Vega

Worship & Arts Pastor

Leo leads our Sunday worship experience across all campuses. A classically trained musician, he believes creativity is an act of worship and excellence honors God.

18 Years
of God's Faithfulness

2006

The Beginning

40 people gathered in a rented warehouse on Elm Street. No budget, no building — just vision and prayer.

2010

First Building

The congregation purchased its first permanent home — a former manufacturing facility reimagined as sacred space.

2015

Second Campus

Opened the Westside campus to serve a neighborhood with no Bible-preaching church within three miles.

2024

Global Partnerships

Launched church-planting partnerships across 12 nations, committing 10% of all giving to international mission.

What We
Believe

01

The Bible

We believe the 66 books of the Old and New Testaments are the verbally inspired Word of God, inerrant in the original manuscripts, and the supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.

02

The Trinity

There is one God, eternally existent in three persons — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — co-equal and co-eternal.

03

Salvation

Salvation is by grace through faith alone in Jesus Christ alone, whose death and resurrection secured the forgiveness of sin and the promise of eternal life.

04

The Church

The Church is the body of Christ — a community of believers called to gather for worship, grow through discipleship, and go into the world in witness and service.

05

The Return of Christ

Jesus Christ will return bodily and visibly to judge the living and the dead. We live with hope and urgency in light of His return.

Missions

Go Into
All The
World.

The Great Commission is not a suggestion. Calvary House is committed to reaching every city, every nation, every neighborhood — one relationship at a time.

Every Nation.
Every Tribe.
Every Tongue.

Since 2014, Calvary House has invested in church-planting, relief work, and discipleship programs across four continents. We don't just send money — we send people, and we go ourselves.

10% of every dollar given at Calvary House funds international mission. That commitment is constitutional — it doesn't change with budgets or seasons.
